Our client, a reputable and long-standing private equity firm, is seeking a high‑calibre Investment Analyst or Associate to join their dynamic deal team based in Hong Kong.
Job Description
- Assist in the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis, including trends, competitive landscapes, and growth drivers
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees
- Monitor and assess the performance of portfolio companies, including financial metrics, strategic initiatives, and quarterly reporting
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree from a top‑tier university; finance, economics, or related disciplines preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a solid understanding of valuation techniques
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking at a leading global institution; exposure to primary market, buyside are highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment
