Private Equity Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Private Equity Manager to join a leading investment firm in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic investments, manage portfolios, and play a key role in shaping the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in diverse sectors.

• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment for potential deals.

• Monitor portfolio companies’ performance and implement value-creation strategies.

• Collaborate with senior management, investors, and stakeholders to optimize returns.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for investment committees.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or related finance roles.

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
