Private Markets Fund Manager

Overview

A leading provider of fund administration and advisory services to private equity, venture capital, real estate, and fund-of-funds managers is seeking a Private Markets Fund Manager to lead client engagements and oversee fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day fund activity
• Lead fund accounting, capital accounts, and financial reporting
• Supervise audit and tax processes
• Review investor communications
• Drive engagement efficiency and team performance
• Support business development and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in PE/VC fund accounting, administration, or public accounting
• Strong partnership accounting knowledge
• Prior team management experience preferred
• CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with accounting systems a plus
