Job Description:

Title: Automation Engineer (Senior Level)

Duration: 09+ months (Extendable)

Location: Marlborough, MA 01752

Pay Rate: $70.00 – 76.00/hr.

Monday – Friday :: 8am – 5pm EST

o Aveva/OSI Pi Historian & Pi Vision

o Aveva System Platform 2020

o GAMP5 (V-Model) documentation

Candidates must have experience with:

o Aveva/OSI Pi Historian & Pi Vision

o Aveva System Platform 2020

• Industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, OPC, and EtherNet/IP

• GAMP5 (V-Model) documentation

• Verification test planning and execution

• Cross-functional teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
• Deliverables (result you expect from the Project completion, Service outcomes, Individual contributions):

Participate on FlexFactory and/or Customized

Standalone projects.

Taking direction from project lead:

• Generate project documentation for requirements and testing

• Deploy and customize existing software library elements per project requirements

• Perform engineering tests & protocol shakedown

• Perform formal verification testing

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to process equipment hardware and software
• Describe the expected materials from the outsourced need (reports, software, designs, equipment, etc.):

Generate project documentation for requirements and testing

Deploy and customize existing software library elements per project requirements

• Tasks (Individual)/Milestones (Projects) (Describe a list of Tasks (Individual)/Milestones (Projects) that need to be completed):

Generate project documentation for requirements and testing

• Deploy and customize existing software library elements per project requirements

• Perform engineering tests & protocol shakedown
