Position: Process Engineer
Department: Operations
Reports to: Engineering Manager

Primary Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing procedures, work processes, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Ensure product and process quality by conducting process capability studies, establishing standards, and confirming or modifying manufacturing processes.
- Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes for a diverse range of products.
- Complete design and development projects for new products, processes, and equipment.
- Execute validation protocols for manufacturing and packaging equipment, including IQs, OQs, PQs, and other lifecycle documents.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize process data to prepare reports and identify trends.
- Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans; maintain project schedules by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.
- Ensure all processes meet regulatory and company standards.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related company objectives and supporting cross-functional projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Collaborative team-player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to work independently or as part of an engineering team.
- Ability to learn and work with multiple software packages.
- Experience or familiarity with medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or cosmetic manufacturing is a plus.
- Process validation experience is a plus.
- Experience with wet chemistry, measurement equipment, or processing equipment related to manufacturing is a plus.
