Job Responsibilities
- Document and define factory and production processes and procedures across regional operations
- Recommend and implement process improvements and process automation initiatives
- Deploy and implement production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas facilities
- Manage and support next-generation production systems for manufacturing and assembly operations
- Ensure audit compliance and process engineering standards across factory operations
- Support operational improvement projects and continuous process enhancement activities
- Perform any other duties related to operations and process engineering
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Candidates with relevant hands-on manufacturing experience are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with overseas travel when required
