Process Engineer (PCB | Electronics) is to lead process industrialization, qualify new materials/tools, and drive quality improvements.

The Opportunity:

  • Permanent Role
  • Office Location: Central with Islandwide Pick Up
  • Work Hours: Mon to Fri
  • $4,500 - $5,500 Basic + AWS + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors & Chips Manufacturer

The Job:

  • Lead evaluation, qualification and industrialization of new materials, products and Wet Etch processes, ensuring smooth production ramp-up.
  • Optimize process capability, yield, quality and reliability through SPC, continuous improvement and robust control methods.
  • Drive capacity expansion, cost reduction and sustainability initiatives to improve overall manufacturing performance.
  • Manage equipment/tool upgrades, process changes, procedures and compliance to meet safety, quality and operational targets.

The Talent

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 2-3 years working experience in Dry Processes and PCB
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement tools FMEA, SPC, 8D and QRQC
