Drive continuous improvement as a skilled Process Engineer. You'll enhance business processes, ensuring consistency and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role focuses on engineering and maintaining high-quality process designs within the Business Management team. You will be crucial in documenting current-state processes and translating business requirements into implementation-ready designs. Your collaborative efforts will ensure seamless stakeholder engagement and adherence to established governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document stakeholder requirements and current-state processes
  • Engineer future-state business process designs
  • Maintain the process hierarchy and management standards
  • Validate process health through stakeholder collaboration
  • Support process automation and system migration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years in process design or operational roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and process modeling tools
  • Experience in root-cause and data analysis
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent required
