Process Engineer - Security Cleared Hampshire - Onsite Up to 400 per day Inside IR35 A Security Cleared Process Engineer is required for a UK-based technology organisation delivering advanced engineering, cyber, and data-driven solutions to government and commercial clients. The company specialises in secure systems, communications, artificial intelligence, and mission-critical software that support defence programmes. You will be responsible for optimising manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality and lead times. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, including PFMEA, 5S, and asset care programs. Skills: Active SC clearance. Experience as a Process Engineer. Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience within electro-mechanical assembly Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement.
