Job Description

You will be the Process Engineer Stf (Level 4) for the Process Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing production processes across heat‑treatment, conversion coatings, anodic coatings, and paint lines.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Process Engineer Stf (Level 4) you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes both on‑site and off‑site.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Maintain and optimize heat‑treatment, conversion‑coating, anodic‑coating, and paint processes to meet quality and schedule targets.
  • Evaluate current capabilities and develop dual‑sourcing, off‑load, or alternate‑method plans for risk mitigation.
  • Design and implement process‑improvement projects that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess and qualify new materials and technologies.
  • Document process parameters, lessons learned, and best‑practice guidelines for knowledge sharing.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
