Elevate client experiences as a Process Engineering Consultant with CIBC in Toronto, ON. Drive profitability through process optimization in a hybrid work environment. Join CIBC's Optimization & Process Engineering Team and leverage your expertise to implement enhancements across various projects.

You'll conduct process assessments, analyze data, and present actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in client services and operational processes. Collaboration with business partners, especially in Capital Markets, will be key to achieving these goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing process assessments to identify improvement opportunities
  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Support process change management and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and enhance client services
  • Gather stakeholder feedback to lead project aspects Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience in data analytics and consulting, especially in Capital Markets
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (LSS Yellow/Green Belt is an asset)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
