Process Engineering Director

A company is looking for a Director Process Engineering - North America.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor Process Quality Engineers and Process Engineering teams

Implement data-driven processes to identify and address customer quality issues and nonconformances

Establish and deploy quality engineering strategies and initiatives across manufacturing and repair operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years in quality and / or process engineering management

Work authorization to be employed in the United States

Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and related quality tools

At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role
