JOB DESCRIPTION

💼 YOUR ROLE

As a Process Flow Manager (Data Entry), you will support the operational and sales processes by preparing documentation, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring high data quality standards across systems.

This is a back-office, PC-based role ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Prepare sales documents, presentations, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint

✔️ Create and manage contracts (PDF and online signature tools)

✔️ Maintain and transfer data across CRM systems such as Salesforce and Pipedrive

✔️ Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy of information

✔️ Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks

✔️ Ensure proper documentation and process flow management

✔️ Identify inconsistencies and help improve internal workflows

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

🌍 Good English skills (German is a plus)

💻 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

📊 Attention to detail and organizational skills

🧠 Ability to work accurately with large amounts of data

📚 Previous experience in data entry, administration, or back-office roles is a plus

🚀 Fast learner with a proactive attitude

⏰ WORKING HOURS

🕘 Full-time: 08:00 – 17:00
