We are looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to enhance our production operations by optimizing processes, addressing challenges on the shop floor, and driving efficiency in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and refine manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions for better performance.
  • Identify and resolve production issues swiftly while implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to minimize setup times and enhance cycle efficiency.
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and address quality concerns proactively.
  • Produce and uphold drawings, process documentation, and travelers to maintain consistent quality.
  • Provide CAD support for manufacturing and machining efforts, ensuring precision and accuracy in designs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of metalworking processes and operational best practices.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawing interpretation.
  • Experience in tolerance analysis, fixturing, and process control methodologies.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring tools and analyzing inspection results.
  • Able to work autonomously while effectively communicating across various teams.
