This role will be based in our manufacturing facility in Williamson, NY.
What We Need
The Process Improvement Engineer, as a member of the Operations team, will be assigned to a specific line to eliminate process losses on equipment or areas, and drive standards and effective problem solving. This individual will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements that enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality standards across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in lean manufacturing, data analysis, and problem-solving, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
