Process Support Engineer

A company is looking for an Engineer Process Support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects to improve manufacturing process efficiencies, including yield, quality, and cost reduction

Analyze process data and develop action plans to enhance process robustness and control quality impact

Provide technical support for shop floor issues and lead investigations using structured problem-solving approaches

Required Qualifications

BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, or a relevant scientific field

5-7 years of experience in Process / Manufacturing / Project Engineering or a similar role

Technical knowledge in pharmaceutical process fundamentals, specifically sterile product manufacturing

Experience with technical transfer, GMP pharma process validation, and working with CMOs

Ability to travel domestically and / or internationally
