Position Summary: The Procurement Risk Analyst leads Pharmavite’s procurement risk management program and manages Procurement’s center of excellence’s market Intel research desk. They will oversee Procurement’s risk management program, which is part of Pharmavite’s enterprise risk program, and will identify areas of sourcing risk (e.g., commodity, material, packaging, supplier, etc.), and work on refining and improving the program in collaboration with stakeholders across the business. They will also manage the market intel research desk, which entails regularly reading up and keeping an eye on commodities, trade, energy, exchange rates, and other economic indicators, and summarizing key insights that are relevant to supporting risk, category, or negotiation strategy in sourcing, as well as strategies in the broader business. Key Responsibilities: Management of Procurement’s risk program and development of executive-level presentations of risk and insights Manage data inputs to the risk assessment tool, which includes collection from business stakeholders, and may require creation, shaping, and cleansing of new analytical data inputs as needed Proactively identify risks and engage the Category Manager Lead Pharmavite’s responsible sourcing program via Ecovadis with our direct and indirect suppliers Lead continuous improvement of the program (e.g., enhancement of digital tools, data integrity, or accessibility, and KPI’s) Research commodities, trade, energy, exchange rates, and other economic indicators, and publish the Procurement monthly market report Provide strategic guidance to Procurement to enable data-driven decisions for category and negotiation strategy Critical Success Factors: You’ll be most successful in this role if you have: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence others to achieve objectives Exceptional analytic and strategic thinking skills with the ability to draw insights from data and articulate them into executive-level summaries Experience working with and managing international suppliers Ability to utilize macro-economic indicators to show impact on Pharmavite's business and share risk analysis and mitigation strategies to support the Procurement team Bias for action, and must be able to assess and organize priorities, meeting deliverables, and deadlines in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience and Education: A Bachelor’s college degree, five years of experience in Procurement, and/or Risk Management Experience building operational reports, building queries, and creating charts or visualizations from data (in Excel/Power BI) Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for executive audiences Project management experience and utilization of various tools (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, key deliverables, business cases, charters, etc.) Work Location: Work location is hybrid from our West Hills, CA headquarters OUR OFFER Here, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to. National Target Base Pay Range: $94,000.00 - $156,000.00 The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $104,000.00 - $173,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in
