Product Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in need of a Product Analyst in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

Triage and manage incoming support tickets, partnering with end users and developers to resolve issues efficiently Collaborate with the Product Owner to break down epics into actionable user stories and research initiatives Author clear, detailed user stories aligned with business needs and technical feasibility Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality against defined acceptance criteria Partner with the Change Management team to support user adoption and smooth transitions during releases REQUIREMENTS:

2-4 years of experience in a Product Analyst or Business Analyst role within a fast-paced, product-driven environment Experience working in or supporting professional services, finance, risk, or complex enterprise workflows Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Jira Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.
