Product Analyst - Financial Domain

Salesforce Product Analyst with 5-8 years' experience in the financial domain, strong Agile delivery skills, and hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service & Financial Services Cloud), CRM Analytics, UAT, and stakeholder communication.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst with a strong background in the Financial domain to support and enhance Salesforce architecture in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, Salesforce architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined Salesforce solutions.
This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platforms, strong Agile delivery skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position is 100% onsite and open only to USC/GC candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, business, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into Salesforce user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and refine the Salesforce product backlog in an Agile environment
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects to support and align with overall Salesforce architecture
- Analyze CRM data and reports to support business decision-making
- Use CRM Analytics to derive insights and validate data accuracy
- Perform data activities using Salesforce Data Loader as needed
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Ensure solutions align with financial business processes and compliance standards
Required
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, including:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (backlog grooming, user stories, UAT)
- Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics and Salesforce Data Loader
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the Financial Services domain
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working closely with Salesforce Architects and technical teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models and integrations
- Agile or Salesforce certifications (CSPO, SAFe, Salesforce certifications - plus)
