Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure's Stormwater Product Management team designs, improves and commercializes all stormwater products in the US portfolio. Most stormwater products are housed in a precast concrete structure and are manufactured for heavy civil infrastructure projects. The team turns customer ideas and needs into physical water management products that reinvent the way our world is built.

The Product Analyst Intern will gain hands‑on, real‑world experience working alongside a Product Management team on high‑impact projects that shape product strategy and market direction. This role offers exposure to product line management, market and competitive analysis, and industry research, with opportunities to turn data and insights into meaningful recommendations. The position is remote and/or hybrid, based in Atlanta, GA, and dependent on the candidate, making it an ideal opportunity for a motivated under‑graduate student seeking practical experience, professional development, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic business environment.

This position is expected to start in May 2026 and continue through the entire summer term (i.e. May 2026 through August 2026). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full‑time, onsite for most internships.

Job Location

Job Responsibilities

• Support an emerging pollutant initiative through literature reviews and market research, culminating in a state‑of‑industry report at the end of the summer.

• Assist with Tier 2 product line management (FloGard, NetTech, OWS) by analyzing market data, product performance (KPIs), competitor activity, and Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights to inform commercial and product development strategies.

• Conduct competitive and industry analysis of stormwater infrastructure manufacturers, producing reports that assess competitors’ focus areas, strengths, and weaknesses.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance to support product management and commercialization initiatives.

• Assist with analytical and reporting activities such as market assessments, product forecasts, pricing evaluations, and presentation development.

Job Requirements

• Current Senior/Graduate Student pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Industrial preferred) or life sciences (Chemistry, Biology) or a current graduate student pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration (Marketing, Finance), or a related field.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and conduct structured research.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent written communication, report‑writing, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work digitally, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Flexibility to travel periodically to Atlanta, GA.

• Passion for sustainability, water chemistry or stormwater management.

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $25/hr.
