JOB SUMMARY

Join Highmark Health as a Product Analyst, where you will support various analytical aspects of the product management lifecycle. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify needs, create business cases, and drive product strategy. You will translate high-level business requirements into actionable specifications, perform data analysis, and recommend process improvements. Your proactive engagement with delivery partners will ensure timely and quality solutions that align with business objectives.

This role can be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of an office, you are required to be onsite 3 days a week (T,W,Th).

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Customers, Business Stakeholders, Vendors, Designers, and IT Partners to capture capability needs and develop high-quality business solutions. Create and maintain essential deliverables such as business visions, requirements, user personas, journey maps, product roadmaps, and metrics.
  • Participate in the full product delivery lifecycle using Agile methodologies, managing product requirements, backlog prioritization, testing, and defining user acceptance criteria.
  • Support business analysis efforts by defining and documenting requirements, managing user testing, and ensuring quality in product delivery to minimize production defects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through walkthroughs, project status reports, and documentation, fostering collaboration in-house and with vendors.
  • Engage in sprint planning and reviews to align product development with customer needs and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary standards and obtain all required approvals throughout the product management lifecycle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Substitutions

  • 6 years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 3 years in a Business Analysis or Analyst role.

Preferred

  • 1 year in Lean/Six Sigma or Process Improvement.
  • 1 year in the Health Insurance Industry.
  • 1 year in the Healthcare Industry.

LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS

Required

  • None.

Preferred

  • Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Business Analysis Professional (IIBA).
  • Human Centered Design (HCD) / Design Thinking.

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills.

Pay Range Minimum: $72,700.00

Pay Range Maximum: $116,600.00

Base pay is determined by various factors, including qualifications and experience. The salary range does not reflect geographic differentials that may apply.
