The incumbent will have the responsibility to develop a product strategy from inception to completion for the Bank’s Wealth Management Department. The individual is also in charge of ensuring all product targets are met, and report to the Head of Wealth Management. The following are key responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with the Relationship Manager and other specialists within Wealth Management to deliver a suitable portfolio commendations and portfolio reviews to clients.
- Constructs portfolios with recommendation on different asset classes based on client's investment suitability.
- Provides advise to clients on suitable products that is within the recommended portfolio and keeps constant update on market data and analysis that may be beneficial to clients and Wealth Management.
- Shares investment views and recommend solution ideas to Relationship Manager to deliver suitable products.
- Coordination with Relationship Manager to effectively market the product and third party to distribute and sell the product.
- Monitor the integrity of third-party platform, making sure all transaction proceeds smoothly.
- Checking daily report from the provider, making sure no transaction is delayed or pending.
- Liaise and meet regularly with platform provider for maintenance issues with system.
- Calculate and check fee base income, trailer fee every month and reconcile with pre-invoice information from the platform.
- Work closely with other units and divisions to facilitate the implementation of relevant projects or new products to ensure the continuing enhancement and development of the Wealth Management Products.
- Perform any incremental tasks as designated or requested by the Head of Wealth Management.

- Bachelor degree with banking experience preferred.
- Possess positive attitude, pro-active and a team player.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure and detailed oreinted.
- Ability to formulate reports in Bahasa.
