We are seeking an experienced, versatile Data Scientist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will have the freedom to identify high-impact opportunities, design and implement technical solutions, and measure their success across our global product suite.

You should be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative to find problems worth solving. What You’ll Do Product Optimization: Design, run, and analyze complex A/B tests to optimize our consumer-facing product experience Proactive Analysis: Identify hidden problems and growth opportunities through deep-dive data exploration Visualization: Build and maintain high-impact dashboards to track key metrics and provide real-time insights Modeling: Develop predictive models to understand user behavior and forecast business outcomes Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn data-driven hypotheses into live solutions Strategy: Help establish data best practices and methodologies for a growing team Requirements Experience: 2-3+ years of data science experience within a high-growth startup, scale-up, or FAANG/equivalent environment Technical Stack: Proficiency with Python/R and SQL/BigQuery Experimental Design: Strong experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests specifically for consumer-grade products Autonomy: A proven track record of managing entire projects independently from ideation through to implementation Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex statistical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Domain Knowledge: Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain data, or fintech products Tooling: Proficiency with Grafana (visualization), FullStory (event tracking), and Dataform (data pipelines) Advanced Analytics: Strong knowledge of causal inference, statistical methods, and Machine Learning applications Benefits Compensation: Competitive base salary paired with a generous equity/token package Flexibility: Flexible work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance Comprehensive Care: Premium health benefits and a dedicated professional development budget High Impact: The opportunity to shape the future of a market-leading product in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Inclusive Culture: We are building a diverse team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds
