Job Description

Job Description:

  • End-to-End Product Orchestration: Move beyond 'code matching specs' to deliver complete, validated digital products that solve real user problems.
  • Direct Discovery: Participate in user interviews and monitor support channels to maintain a deep Customer Context.
  • Interrogate the 'Why': Challenge feature requests to ensure they align with growth metrics and business strategy.
  • Parallel Orchestration: Use Claude Code and Cursor to manage multiple AI streams simultaneously across frontend features, backend migrations, and refactors via Git worktrees.
  • Define Intent: Establish the goals, guardrails, and project context that AI agents require to turn requirements into production-ready features.
  • Validate the Abstraction: Elevate your judgment above the syntax to review AI-generated code for strategic alignment and systemic architecture.
  • Maintain scalable Django REST applications, PostgreSQL schemas, and Next.js architectures.
  • Oversee fault-tolerant Celery task processing and optimize server-side rendering/hydration.
  • Monitor AI-agent decision trees and system performance using Sentry, Datadog, and Grafana.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with Python 3 and Django REST Framework
  • Proven ability to use Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic frameworks as a primary development interface
  • Deep expertise in Next.js/React and PostgreSQL in high-concurrency production environments
  • The ability to distinguish between 'correct syntax' and a 'correct product solution'
  • A self-starter who notices systemic friction and orchestrates a solution independently

Benefits:

  • 15 Days Paid Time Off
  • Christmas Day Paid Off
  • New Year's Day Paid Off
