ROLE OVERVIEW
R Systems International is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI and analytics products that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work at the intersection of technology, data, and business — partnering with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure solutions deliver real value to end users and clients. The ideal candidate understands both the technical nuances of AI/ML systems and the business context in which they operate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and analytics products in collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to ensure products are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery, using agile methodologies.
- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback; iterate and improve products continuously.
- Communicate product status, roadmap, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across business, technology, and operations teams.
- Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging AI capabilities to inform product direction.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success against business objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years working on AI, ML, or data analytics products.
- Experience working in or alongside data science and engineering teams in a large enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of delivering products from ideation through production that drive measurable business outcomes.
Skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics solutions (you do not need to code, but must speak the language)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling narratives for executive and technical audiences alike.
- Proficiency with agile product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Fortune 100 clients or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with LLM-based products, RAG pipelines, or AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience in Sales, Retention, or Call Center domains.
- Product management certification (CSPO, PMC, or equivalent).
