The successful candidate will play a key role on the product development and management for data services in HK market, from new idea generation, business case formulation to product commercialization.
Your Role
- Product management and new product development process
- Understand Data Service Market in Telecommunication Industry with detail knowledge on IP Products
- Prepare go to market and implementation plan for new products and services
- Liaise with business partners, manage solution vendors and ensure the end-to-end service delivery (provisioning, customer service, billing)
- Perform market analysis, identify market trend and customer need
- Conduct product review and suggest action plan for on-going product development
- Review and develop product servicing logistics for enhancing customer experience
- Execute marketing plans and strategy for launch of new products and services for target segment to achieve revenue targets
- Provide technical consultancy to the sales & marketing teams in developing customized solutions
- Collaborate with sale teams to formulate and implement marketing campaigns / programs and winning strategy
- Manage special projects for acquiring strategic customers
To Succeed in this Role
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, I.T. or related disciplines
- 6-8 years' or above working experience in Network Service product marketing; experience in product development is a plus
- Business Acumen on Network Service will be an advantage
- Exposure in telecommunications / industry will be an advantage
- Good problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
- Analytical, innovative and with good business acumen
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Executive
