Your Part in the Recipe for Growth:

  • Manage assigned product lines or categories by analyzing sales performance, market trends, syndicated data, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support or lead category strategy development, including volume forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability targets.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, product renovation, line extensions, and portfolio optimization.
  • Lead or support new product launches from concept through commercialization, including positioning, pricing, packaging, labeling, and go-to-market execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, operations, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to bring new products to market successfully.
  • Build and execute marketing strategies and launch plans to support product awareness and category growth.
  • Manage product lifecycle initiatives including SKU rationalization, product transitions, reformulation, and packaging updates.
  • Develop sales tools, marketing materials, and presentation decks to support retail and channel partners.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
  • Experience in CPG brand management, product marketing, or product innovation
  • Strong interest in the food and consumer packaged goods industry
  • Working knowledge of P&L concepts, pricing strategies, and performance metrics
  • Experience with syndicated data platforms such as IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical ability to translate sales data, consumer insights, and market trends into actionable product strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven CPG environment

Product Manager Level

  • Typically 3+ years of experience supporting product marketing, brand management, product innovation, or category growth within CPG
  • Experience with product launches, marketing initiatives, and portfolio management

Senior Product Manager Level

  • Typically, 8+ years of experience owning brand strategy, category planning, or product portfolio performance
  • Proven experience leading innovation pipelines, commercialization initiatives, and long-range product planning

Additional Plus

  • Korean language skills are strongly preferred for senior-level candidates due to collaboration with global teams
