Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development of scalable data solutions within our enterprise finance product suite. You’ll play a key role in building products that automate, optimize, and ensure compliance across everything we do. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise financial workflows—Commissions processes, ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle), Revenue Accounting, Procurement, Tax and Expense systems, and SOX compliance aspects. You’ll drive product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross‑functional execution to deliver finance data products that meet the demands of a high‑growth, global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Finance data solutions—from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Partner with finance, accounting, engineering, release management and compliance teams to understand business requirements, process and regulatory needs.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities and compliance timelines.
  • Conduct product discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
  • Translate complex financial requirements into well‑scoped, technically feasible, and prioritized product features.
  • Data‑drive integration strategies with various financial systems and ensure seamless data flow across revenue processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of features.
  • Analyze KPIs and financial data to measure product impact, uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in finance, accounting or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of data integration workflows using Informatica IICS, Python, MuleSoft, and Airflow.
  • Experience with finance systems and platforms such as Commissions, Workday ERP, Procurement, Tax, Expense, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Snowflake, Tableau).
  • Experience with road‑mapping, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW) and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, finance, compliance) in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborative teammate able to work effectively with virtual and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise finance software.
  • Exposure to Commissions processes along with Accounting and amortization aspects.
  • Familiarity with global financial regulations and multi‑currency operations.
  • Background in accounting or finance.
  • Solid understanding of IT architecture components, procedures and practices.

The typical base salary range for this position is $148,500 – $223,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, the base salary range for this role is $178,900 – $246,000 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or other benefits.
