Role Mission:
Drive the implementation, optimisation, and adoption of identity and access management
(IAM) capabilities across the company, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless user access
to enterprise platforms, with an initial focus on Google Workspace (GWS) enablement and
identity uplift.
This role owns the identity product lifecycle, including licensing, configuration, process
optimisation, and user experience, while ensuring alignment with security, compliance,
and business needs.
Accountabilities:
- Own the Identity product roadmap covering IAM, SSO, and DLP capabilities.
- Drive successful implementation and adoption of identity services, with GWS as a
priority platform.
- Optimise licensing, access models, and identity-related processes to improve
efficiency and control.
- Ensure identity solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Partner with Security, IS, and business stakeholders to uplift identity maturity across
the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product ownership for IAM, SSO, and DLP solutions, from requirements
through delivery and optimisation.
- Drive GWS identity integration, including user lifecycle management, access
controls, and SSO enablement.
- Define and manage identity-related licensing models, ensuring cost efficiency and
correct entitlement usage.
- Optimise joiner–mover–leaver (JML) and access provisioning processes through
automation and standardisation.
- Partner with Cybersecurity and Risk teams to embed security, privacy, and
compliance controls into identity design.
- Collaborate with IS delivery teams, vendors, and integrators to ensure quality and
timely implementation.
- Establish identity governance, including access standards, role models, and
approval workflows.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and risk indicators to drive continuous
improvement.
- Provide clear product guidance and prioritisation to stakeholders and delivery
teams.

Ideal Track Record:
- 8–12 years of experience in identity management, security platforms, or enterprise
product management.
- Proven experience delivering IAM, SSO, or access-related platforms in large
organisations.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and
security controls.
- Experience supporting collaboration platforms (e.g. GWS, M365) from an identity
perspective preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Security, IS, and business
teams.
