Job Summary:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving customer experience innovation, from homepage interactions to checkout, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX designers, marketing, and external partners, to deliver world-class eCommerce solutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and aligning with company revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Drive customer connection and sales conversion activities through the strategic use of customer service chatbots and agents
- Internalize and deeply understand the company's mission, strategies, and eCommerce team objectives to align product decisions accordingly
- Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in testing on projects to ensure quality and alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans in collaboration with cross-functional internal teams and external partners
- Define and communicate product quality expectations across all teams involved in the development process
- Utilize a data-centric approach to inform product direction through competitive intelligence, A/B testing, customer behavior analysis, customer contact ticket analysis, and other business metrics
- Collaborate closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, marketing, and site merchandising teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Monitor and measure the performance of launched products and incorporate learnings back into the product development process
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive audiences
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive projects to completion
- Deep knowledge of software engineering, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing effective product delivery
- Proficiency in strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, and production methods
- Proven track record of delivering highly successful and innovative consumer internet products
- Strong design instincts and product sensibility with a high bar for quality across all contributions
- Exceptional ability to independently gather, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives without getting lost in analysis paralysis
- Familiarity with A/B testing techniques and tools such as Confluence and Jira
- A continuous desire to learn, grow, and embrace critical feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in a relevant field required
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of product management experience combined with hands-on software engineering experience strongly preferred
