Product Manager, Risk Product - Digital Banking

Job Description

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for risk products (Anti-Fraud, Credit Risk, or Operational Risk).
• Collaborate closely with regional and country risk teams to ensure products meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear system designs and workflows.
• Drive end-to-end implementation, including project planning, requirement analysis, deployment coordination, and post-launch enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines, highlight project risks, and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in backend or risk-related systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or business concepts clearly.
