Product Manager, Securities Department

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited is a Licensed Bank registered in Hong Kong, which is formerly known as Wing Lung Bank. Founded on 25th February 1933, CMB Wing Lung Bank is among the oldest local Chinese banks in Hong Kong. In 2008, CMB Wing Lung Bank was acquired by China Merchants Bank (CMB). Responsibilities

• Drive business development for global securities and virtual asset products, including identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities and partnership initiatives with external parties, institutions and clients.
• Liaise with external service providers, custodian banks, law firms, and other partners to design, plan, develop, and implement new processes or enhance the quality of global securities services.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to define business strategies, operational processes, platform designs, contingency arrangements, and other digitalization initiatives.
• Liaise with internal parties to manage securities custodian services operations, corporate actions, settlement, etc.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with other departments such as Legal and Compliance, Risk, Product, IT, etc.
• Support marketing plans in coordination with frontline teams, sales, and customer segments to achieve goals and targets.
• Assist in analyzing and researching market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years' experience in securities or related industries preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Qualification in ECF is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
