SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Product Manager, Web at Quay owns the strategy and execution of the web experience, with a focus on driving conversion, experimentation, and customer satisfaction across the website. This role works cross-funcationally to identify opportunities, run experiments, and ship high-impact improvements across key user journeys. The PM leads the full website lifecycle, balances short-term performance with long-term platform health, and stays on top of emerging technologies to continuously improve how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase eyewear online.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Own the web product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quay’s web experience, aligning with company goals and customer needs
- Lead for all web initiative projects from end-to-end, across discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
- Evalute and pilot AI and LLM powered solutions across the web experience, from personalization and search to content and backend tooling
- Drive conversion rate optimizations across key funnels including collection pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout, while owning web KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per visitor, AOV, funnel health, and engagement
- Partner with SEO teams to improve organic and GEO/AEO performance through structured data, clean site architecture, and SEO-focused web features
- Strategize and oversee the A/B testing and personalization program, analyze results, and turn insights into improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams on app integrations and data flows between systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data across the web ecosystem
- Support the Marketing team by ensuring the site supports campaigns, launches, and promotions, as well as the integrations and technical foundations for marketing platforms like Klaviyo, ShopMy, and related tools
- Build and maintain dashboards in analytics tools to track website performance, experimentation results, and key product KPIs.
- Own site health, performance, and accessibility, including page speed and Core Web Vitals, to ensure a fast, inclusive, and reliable web experience.
- Mentor junior developers, supporting their technical growth and career development
- Own the web team scrum board and day-to-day project management, ensuring work is prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional user-facing product management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in A/B testing methodologies and tools preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
