Product Manufacturing Engineer

A company is looking for a Product Manufacturing Engineer who will lead process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes to identify key improvement areas

Coordinate with subject matter experts to implement engineering changes and enhance processes

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement across multiple sites and product lines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or relevant experience

Experience in the oil and gas industry or large-scale mechanical manufacturing

Expertise in engineering systems tools and materials

Ability to influence cross-functional decisions effectively

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
