Product Mkting Consultant

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! This is a 40 hr/week, 5 month role, hybrid in Westwood, MA (4 days onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Track milestones, dependencies, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery
• Partner with Account Management, Creative Leads, and production partners to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations
• Act as the central coordination point across creative, production, and stakeholder teams
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on production activities (print, video, photography, etc.)
• Support workflow setup and job creation within the project management system

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in project or production management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows across print and digital channels
• Excellent organizational, communication, and issue resolution skills
• Comfort working within structured workflows and project management tools
• Ensure production quality, accuracy, and approval standards are met

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an in-house agency model
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Aprimo, Workfront, Wrike, or similar
• Experience coordinating print, direct mail, email, video, and photography projects
• Working knowledge of core creative tools and production processes
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
