Job Description
Support the Deputy Head and team managers by collaborating with internal tech units to plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution or enhancement of FinTech initiatives, such as the Credit Reference Platform, Commercial Data Interchange, and mBridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and propose actionable solutions.
- Facilitate risk evaluations, security reviews, and audit processes in partnership with relevant parties.
- Contribute to the daily operations of FinTech platforms by preparing management reports, tracking budgets and resource usage, processing payments to vendors, and drafting operational guidelines.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics arrangements and preparation of meeting documentation.
- Support project-related activities such as reviewing legal and governance materials, managing procurement processes, and coordinating with vendors.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by senior team members.
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas: business analysis, product development, project coordination, or operations involving financial systems or banking applications.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Proactive, confident, and adaptable with solid communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in project or product management, risk analysis, or audit processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial technologies such as central bank digital currencies, blockchain, and cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive annual salary ranging from HKD 360,000 to HKD 420,000, plus ~2 months bonus.
