Job Summary
Our Individual Annuities team is hiring! The Product Owner - Data & Analytics represents leaders, stakeholders, and the customer, on a technology team that frequently, reliably and continuously delivers value-added solutions to the business. This position regularly engages with leaders and stakeholders to understand and advocate for data, reporting, analytics needs and collaborates daily with the technology team to manage delivery and direct work at both strategic and tactical levels. This role:
- Works closely with leadership and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and scope data and analytics initiatives based on business strategy and operational needs.
- Represents business vision and priorities for data and analytics and develops strong business cases with cost-benefit analysis to effectively engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Leverages knowledge of business and technology environments to identify automation and AI opportunities that support strategic goals and drive business growth.
- Partners directly with technical teams to design and deliver integrated, scalable, and well governed data solutions.

Skills and Background You'll Need
Education: Degree in technology or business is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience: 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in data and analytics. Proven success leading data strategy and delivery efforts.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with stakeholders, effectively balancing competing priorities through the creation of a data strategy and roadmap.
- Technical background with experience in data modeling and warehousing using tools like Power BI and Databricks.
- Experience translating business goals and objectives into an executable delivery roadmap.
- Experience managing a product backlog, writing effective user stories, and owning the outcomes and value creation for business and technical delivery teams.
- Ability to read SQL/understand queries and interpret data outputs.
- Knowledge of operational reporting best practices with a focus on value measurement.
- Experience managing data governance standards, lineage, and quality.
- Financial services industry background preferred.

- Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$109,750.00 - $186,500.00
