Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the authority for optoelectronic product manufacturing
• Define and optimize production processes for quality assurance
• Lead design for manufacturability and continuous improvement
• Conduct PFMEA to enhance product robustness
• Manage product lifecycle from launch to mass production

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of optical device principles
• Background in high-volume production environments
• Proven problem-solving skills with global team experience
• Strong data analysis acumen for performance monitoring
