We’re hiring for a high-impact Product & Strategy Analyst role with a well-backed, early-stage venture. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at an early stage and help shape how financial services are embedded.

The role sits between product, strategy, and analytics, and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into structure, insight, and action.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with leadership to help define and build the financial services proposition. This includes:

• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity sizing
• Assessing SME pain points and identifying the most compelling embedded finance use cases
• Turning complex business questions into clear frameworks, recommendations, and decision material
• Supporting roadmap prioritisation across product and strategic initiatives
• Building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Creating leadership-ready decks, market maps, and business cases
• Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, commercial, compliance, and external partners
• Supporting go-to-market thinking for new products and propositions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong analytically and highly structured in their thinking
• Comfortable with market analysis, financial modelling, and product strategy
• Able to distil complexity into clear recommendations and sharp communication
• Commercially minded, not just academically strong
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Confident working across multiple stakeholders and functions
