Product Supply Specialist (I-trade, Lane analyst)

In this role, the individual will

• Be part of International Trade Team which will look after import/export activities for HK, and coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics from HK and SZ
• Lead monthly payment process to 3rd Party Logistics
• Lead analysis of transportation cost, service and capacity data for import/export process and identify trends, issues and opportunities
• Utilize P&G system and manage data readiness and maintenance
• Prepare regular reports on issues and root cause analysis observed in monthly payment process and system operation
• Monitor and manage 3rd Party Logistics and develop process improvement on existing SOP

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major
• Candidates with previous experience in supply chain field will be preferred
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is a must
• Experience with 3rd Party Logistics management will be plus
• Language proficiency: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
