- Understand and manage the full testing lifecycle for product implementations and core operating systems.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products and enhancements according to business requirements
- Prepare test data, monitor progress, log defects, and ensure proper documentation of testing artifacts.
- Ensure testing processes are completed on time and escalate gaps or issues to supervisors or UAT managers.
- Coordinate test execution with IT and project teams to meet planned timelines.
- Perform product and policy parameter configurations across systems.
- Provide post-implementation support for system issues.
- Assist in creating training documentation for internal staff.
