Overview

We are hiring a senior Program Lead to drive large, enterprise-scale data and analytics programs within a regulated Financial Services environment.

This is a high-impact, Director-level leadership role responsible for data modernization, cloud migration, regulatory reporting, and enterprise data platform delivery across multiworkstream programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale data & analytics transformation programs:
  • Data modernization
  • Cloud migration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Regulatory & enterprise reporting platforms
  • Own end-to-end program delivery:
  • Scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Manage integrated workstreams across:
  • Data Engineering
  • Data Architecture
  • Analytics / Reporting
  • Cloud Platforms
  • Drive delivery across global, onshore/offshore teams and vendors
  • Oversee program financials, forecasting, and vendor management (Clarity, Planview, or equivalent)
  • Ensure alignment to Financial Services regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Manage data-related risks:
  • Data quality
  • Data lineage
  • Regulatory timelines
  • Provide executive-level reporting, including:
  • Steering committee updates
  • Issue escalation and resolution
  • Drive delivery using Agile / Hybrid methodologies
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development

Required ExperienceProgram Leadership

  • 10+ years of Program or Portfolio Delivery experience
  • Proven leadership of enterprise-scale, multi-workstream data programs
  • Experience managing multi-vendor and global delivery teams

Financial Services (Required)

  • Strong experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance
  • Experience with:
  • Regulatory reporting (CCAR, Basel, FR Y9, FR 2052 preferred)
  • Risk, Fraud, AML, Compliance-driven data programs
  • Deep understanding of governance and controls in regulated environments

Data & Technology

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Data architecture & data pipelines
  • Data lakes / data warehouses
  • Enterprise analytics platforms
  • Exposure to:
  • AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
  • Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse
  • ETL / ELT tools
  • BI / Analytics platforms
  • Ability to engage with architects and data engineering leads on delivery decisions

Required Profile (Important for Calibration)

  • Senior Program Lead / Director / Delivery Lead / Engagement Lead
  • Experience leading complex enterprise data programs (not individual projects)
  • Comfortable operating at both:
  • Executive governance level
  • Hands-on program execution level
  • Strong communicator with ability to manage C-level stakeholders

What We re Not Looking For

  • Mid-level Project Managers without enterprise program experience
  • Pure Data Engineers without program leadership
  • Candidates without Financial Services domain experience
