Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve ordering, fulfillment, and last-mile routing by combining program management with hands-on analytics. Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design, test, and scale data-driven routing and fulfillment solutions. Drive measurable business outcomes through experimentation, optimization, and deployment of analytical models.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end programs to improve ordering, fulfillment, and last-mile routing performance.
- Translate operational challenges into clear problem statements, execution plans, milestones, and success metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders across Merchandising, Digital, Inventory, Store Operations, Product, and Technology to drive execution.
- Analyze large-scale operational datasets using SQL and Python or R to surface insights and opportunities.
- Develop data models, simulations, and optimization (LP/MILP, routing, network) approaches and prototype AI-enabled solutions for production handoff.
- Track business impact, validate outcomes via experimentation, and iterate based on results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, e-commerce analytics, or program management.
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills applied to large, complex datasets.
- Experience with data modeling, simulation, and predictive/optimization techniques; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
- Working knowledge of last-mile transportation, parcel shipping, or high-volume e-commerce logistics.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and manage multiple priorities.
