ABOUT ABRIDGE

Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.

We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

THE ROLE

As the Program Manager, Clinician Training & LMS, you will own the full end-to-end clinician training machine at Abridge — from content strategy and production to LMS administration and partner-facing delivery. You will be responsible for designing and executing a best-in-class onboarding and training experience that drives clinician engagement, adoption, and long-term success.

This role is the connective tissue between our product releases and the training experience our end users receive. You'll ensure that every feature Abridge ships has a corresponding training decision, every module is current and polished, and every partner can access what they need, when they need it.

This is a highly strategic and collaborative role that requires a passion for user experience, education design, and operational excellence. By delivering consistent and effective training programs tailored to the clinician journey, you’ll help ensure our technology has a lasting and meaningful impact on clinical workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Training Program Leadership

  • Own and lead the clinician onboarding and end user training programs across all implementations.
  • Run the monthly training update cadence aligned to Abridge's product release cycle, ensuring content updates are complete by each GA date.
  • Develop and refine the onboarding strategy tailored to clinician roles and points in the customer journey.
  • Triage and respond to incoming training requests from the broader team , ensuring PX has the assets they need when they need them
  • Partner with the Partner Experience team to design scalable, high-touch resourcing models that meet partner needs, reduce effort on our partners, and improve clinician ramp up times.
  • Coordinate across Clinical Success, Product, PMM, and Implementation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks on a release

Content Creation and Management

  • Design and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for clinician training, across all formats (i.e. live, virtual, and self-serve)
  • Ensure content is up-to-date, clinically relevant, and aligned with evolving product functionality and customer workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Operations to maintain content accuracy and alignment.

LMS Administration

  • Own and administer the LMS - including SOP documentation, learning path configuration, partner specific pages, and engagement reporting.
  • Create partner-specific LMS pages with appropriate branding, learning pathways by care setting, and product configuration
  • Build materials and tooling that scale — reducing burden on partner-facing teams over time
  • Partner with Implementation teams on LMS onboarding updates and ensure the right Engineering support for SSO configuration and provisioning at scale

Continuous Improvement

  • Track training effectiveness through feedback loops, engagement metrics, and adoption outcomes; report to PX leadership regularly
  • Iterate on the training model as Abridge scales, raising the bar on clinician satisfaction and long-term retention

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in clinician training, learning & development, or a related enablement role — ideally in health tech or clinical education
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end content production across live, recorded, and self-serve formats
  • Experience implementing or administering an LMS (learning management system)
  • Strong project management instincts — you can run a monthly cadence, manage competing requests, and keep a module library current without dropping anything
  • High craft standard for content quality, brand consistency, and clinician-appropriate communication
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Clinical, and Ops stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both internal teams and partner organizations

BONUS POINTS IF…

  • Familiarity with Epic
  • Experience with tools like Tight Studio, Loom, or Pitch for video and deck production
  • Background working in or alongside a Partner Experience or Customer Success org
