Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.
  • Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence delivering Business Analytics Support through Lead the mission | orchestrate delivery | keep data engineering, dashboarding, and report automation on time and on standard..
  • Further, they Lead end-to-end delivery for the Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence workstream; manage schedule, budget, risks, issues, staffing, and quality.
  • Coordinate OCHCO/OCIO stakeholders, govern performance against SLAs/KPIs, and ensure deliverables across data engineering, dashboarding, report automation are integrated, compliant, and production-ready.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources, information systems, or related field; Master’s degree and federal certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence; demonstrated experience operating in regulated
