Job Summary:

Our client seeks a Senior Risk & Audit Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their Global Risk organization. This role requires driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of compliance and financial control. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management, finance, and risk expertise, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute complex, cross-functional programs supporting Global Risk priorities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, legal, technology, and external teams.

• Implement and improve processes to optimize program and operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute communication strategies for leadership updates and presentations.

• Champion a culture of connection, belonging, and collaboration.

Must Have Skills:

• Exceptional project and program management in dynamic environments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

• Proven ability to drive collaboration in ambiguous situations.

Domain/Industry Experience:

Finance or Global Risk experience strongly preferred.
