Department Information

In support of the Institute Strategic Plan, this position assists in cultivating well-being at a systems-level by fostering collaboration and partnership with stakeholders across Georgia Tech including faculty, staff, students, and senior leaders.

Job Summary

Manage enterprise level programs and portfolios through administrative support, data analysis, tracking and reporting. Oversee and support project execution through continual coordination of program/portfolio plans, data analysis, reporting and education. This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff, students, and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff and students. This position will supervise: NA.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -

Manage all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life-cycle to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints

Job Duty 2 -

Compile and respond to data requests to facilitate the development of recommendations to address/resolve potential and existing Institute and unit-level challenges

Job Duty 3 -

Develop data analysis, financial modeling, and bench-marking for project requests and initiatives

Job Duty 4 -

Design, develop and maintain tools and processes for portfolio management and enterprise-level tracking

Job Duty 5 -

Assist in creation and delivery of materials for project/program management education and mentoring

Job Duty 6 -

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications

Hours can include evenings and weekend.

Required Experience

Five to seven years of job related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education, public health, or community based organizations.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, collective impact, coalition building or community organizing
