About the Role

We’re looking for a programmatic Trading Analyst who’s passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable stories and driving real results for our advertisers. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time analyzing performance data, attribution, and measurement — uncovering the insights that power smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. You’ll also have opportunities to join client conversations, bringing your analytics expertise to the table when deeper insights are needed.

A big part of your work will focus on improving trading efficiency across the programmatic CTV ecosystem — helping us optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and deliver maximum value to our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our VP of Trading & Analytics and VP of Client Services to create a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams, shaping insights that are impactful, digestible, and directly tied to business growth

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

Manage client-partners programmatic advertising campaigns within the DSP’s

Collaborate cross-functionally to measure acquisition marketing performance and the incremental effect of marketing efforts

Provide insights and recommendations to key decision-makers

Work with team to optimize media mix and improve the effectiveness of media spending

Work with Client Services leads to champion a hypothesis-driven culture that rapidly tests, measures, and iterates

Develop reports and provide effective insights to identify new levers in helping move key metrics for clients

Manage client expectations/deadlines and exceed their expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution

Build and own relationships with data partners, SSPs, DSPs and Publishers

Actively collaborate with internal teams to project manage, refine processes, and work together to create a positive, efficient work environment

What You Bring

Required: Experience working in TTD, programmatic advertising, and trading.

Experience in Amazon DSP

Strong background in data science, statistics, programmatic advertising and analytics

Experience in marketing analytics, attribution, media measurement, and MMM

Strong understanding of CTV ecosystems.

Comfort presenting complex findings to clients and senior stakeholders in a clear, straightforward way.

Ability to move seamlessly between deep analytical work and higher-level client storytelling.
