To support our continued business growth, we are seeking a Project & Certification Manager with an engineering or manufacturing background to oversee project & product certification planning, execution, progress monitoring and budgeting - ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product development cycle — from concept ideation to final production with certifications.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand design intent, compliance requirements, and delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, procurement, production and manufacturing and certification partners.
  • Manage product certifications, project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose efficiency improvements while maintaining quality standards.
  • Work primarily from the Hong Kong office, with travel to factories in China and overseas for technical coordination, products related project alignment and quality control.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with proven exposures of project management & product certifications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple products related projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently liaise effectively with clients and factory teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and SolidWorks.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Experience in working with factories in China and is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and seats certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to China and overseas.
  • Diligent, responsible, and possess strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
