Project Controls & Cost Engineering Opportunities Nuclear & Utilities | Permanent | Multiple locations

If you’re working in Project Controls, Cost Management or Cost Engineering and thinking about your next move — this is one of those moments where it’s worth paying attention.

We’re supporting a number of long‑term, permanent opportunities across major UK nuclear and utilities programmes, ranging from senior leadership roles through to hands‑on delivery positions. These roles offer stability, visibility and progression — not short‑term project hopping.

The opportunities We’re currently recruiting across four permanent roles:

Project Controls Manager | London – senior leadership role on a flagship nuclear programme

Cost Manager | Suffolk – programme‑level cost control and reporting

Cost Engineer | Bristol – project cost, forecasting and performance reporting

Cost Engineer | Warrington – long‑term framework role within the water sectorProjects & sectors You’ll be working on some of the UK’s most high‑profile and secure infrastructure programmes, including:

Nuclear new build (Sizewell C & Hinkley Point C)

Utilities & water projects under the AMP8 framework

Regulated, safety‑critical environments with genuine long‑term pipelinesMost positions require regular office or site presence (typically 3 days per week), depending on project needs.

Salary & package

Salaries range from circa £40,000 up to £115,000, depending on role and experience

Project Controls Manager

Cost Manager

Cost Engineer / Project Controls Engineer

Cost Analyst or Commercial / Cost professional with strong project controls fundamentalsExperience in nuclear, utilities, infrastructure, energy or other regulated sectors is ideal — but strong transferable project controls experience is equally valuable.
